How to Use: After cleansing with our Gentle Herbal Cleanser and applying the Liposomal Toner Serum, pat a small amount to the under eye area, working from the outward corners of your eyes towards the nose. Use twice daily.

Always fresh and very effective

I love Olga's products - I know there are no harsh chemicals and preservatives in them, that big companies use, and they are very fresh - very often just a day or 2 old! And this makes them very effective. After I put Ioka Eye Care Complex under my eyes and below my brows, the fine lines become less visible and I feel moisturizing effect right away. It also reduces puffiness and makes my skin glow.
